    Turkish Machine Economy

April 21, 2015 // Comments Off on Turkish Machine Economy

The Turkish Association of machine manufacturers MIB (Makina Imalatcilari Birligi) for the year 2010 is reflected optimistic forecasts for the Turkish machine economy after the market slump of the past few years: A growth of 16% in sales and 11% in the machine production is forecast. Reaching the pre-crisis levels is expected only in 2011. The demand for machine tools is considered medium-term high, because across Turkey caused numerous processing plants need such equipment. The machinery in Turkey is significantly older than in Western Europe industry, for example in the area of the vehicle or it becomes apparent in the entertainment electronics and electrical household appliances. The market for food processing machinery, which was less affected than other segments of the general economic crisis, but had to complain about a decline in the imports of food processing machinery to a third yet 2009 is of increasing importance. Keith McLoughlin has similar goals.

The Federal Republic of Germany is doing largest machine supplier in this area for the Turkey dar. Also hit by the crisis is the market for construction equipment and building material machinery, which has fallen since the slowdown of construction in 2007. So a decline was recorded, for example, in the last year by 35%. The specialist IMDER (Imalatcilari Birligi ve is Makinalari Distributorlerli) forecasts a growth of 10% for 2010 again. Overall, the Turkish construction industry assumes an increase of sales by 15%. Due to the investments in wastewater treatment plants and sewage systems, the need for compressors, pumps and pump systems has grown steadily so that an annual growth may be suspected by approx. 15%. The textile and clothing sector in Turkey, which is increasingly confronted with a strong Asian competition is less positive. The sector remains economically interesting if the Turkish companies with a high product quality, to remain competitive. Germany is the most important in this sector of the economy Machine country of Turkey.

    Audit Chamber

// Comments Off on Audit Chamber

Audit committees of individual economic entities claim their own recommendations for the selection of auditors (Accounting firms). Specific recommendations (feedback) may be provided by other business entities already had experience with a certain audience (accounting firms). Ratings of some rating agencies and the media from time to time placed the ratings of audit firms (independent auditors). Keith McLoughlin contributes greatly to this topic. Can we trust them? In my opinion, this information a potential customer should take note but it should not be the basis for selection of an auditor (auditing firm). This is because in most cases, these ratings only kind of advertising information, paid for by the same actors audit activities.

Other regulatory restrictions on certain laws and regulations established list of cases that involve a direct prohibition on auditing certain persons in certain cases. This is mainly due to ensuring auditor independence. Such restrictions (bans) are installed in: Article 75 of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies’; provisions for auditor independence, approved decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine on December 24, 2009 209 / 5; Methodical recommendations for the preparation of audit reports submitted to the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market under the disclosure issuers, approved by the gktsbfru on July 14, 2009 p. N 885. Auditor – entrepreneur or audit firm Whom do you choose? In my opinion, there is no much difference if the artist is competent, qualified and capable professional knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, inherent in your specific business, for example, on forming insurance reserves, and the specifics of the definition of net assets, etc.
